Add 3mm bleed on every edge. Keep logos and text at least 10mm inside the trim.

If you have a designer, pass them the details below.
File requirements
Format: a print-ready PDF is best; AI or EPS files are also fine.
Logos and text: keep them as vectors and convert fonts to outlines.
Images: at least 150dpi at full size.
Colour: set up in CMYK. If an exact colour match matters, include Pantone references.
Safe area: keep logos and text at least 10mm inside the trim.
Bleed: add 3mm on every edge.
